The issue
Mr. Bangkok Authentic Thai Meal Preps needed to get their business up and running quick! For a meal prep delivery company, they needed an online store, a menu, FAQs, and a delivery system implemented. They wanted a professional and attractive website to ensure their authentic, delicious, and neatly prepped Thai food would get their customers excited and ready to order.
The solution
Pitt and James came to us looking for advice and suggestions to get this up and running as soon as possible. We started off the project researching the competition and understanding what the meal prep market wanted. We built the website around the main goals of their business. We displayed the food in a way that catches the attention of the customer, we made purchasing experience simple and easy, and we allowed the client to create and account to view past orders.
Professionally taken images were a must to ensure the customer falls in love with the food. Pitt and James hired a photographer and delivered the photos, after receiving the images, we spiced them up with photoshop and began adding the products.
To have an experience the customers would love, we had to do things right. We got into mentality of the customer and gave the customer all the information and options we knew they wanted. After finishing the food items, we added extra customizable options to the food items. We knew their audience always wanted to know nutritional facts of the food they ate, so we added a dynamic nutritional facts label when you chose the specific item.
We added some customizations to the checkout page to cater to the business model. We allowed their customers to be able to order in advance and choose a delivery time slot. We launched the business with an awesome coupon campaign to get the orders coming right in.
The Result
As soon as the online doors opened, the orders started coming in and deliveries going out. Mr. Bangkok Authentic Thai Meal Preps ran a great social media campaign and started seeing early success. The customers loved the food and the order kept on coming. James and Pitt were very pleased with the site, they received many compliments on how professional and great their website was, and how people were impressed. James and Pitt praised us for our work and said “You guys are definitely doing our next website!”
