The issue
Marie came to us for a website for her new Non-Emergency Medical Transport business her and her husband had recently started. They were just already in business but not for a long time. They needed to get the website up as quickly as possible. They wanted a clean, modern, and professional look, the ability to schedule rides online, and answer questions their customers constantly called about.
The solution
We began by researching all the competition and similar companies. After that period we really understood the customer we were building this website for.
We focused the site around making it easy to schedule a ride, especially for a customer who is impaired. We made sure to make the website was had accessibility features to cater for those various impaired customers. We built a simple, but effective form to allow customers to schedule a ride.
The design had to be simple, use larger fonts, and use spacing just right to make sure their elderly audience could easily find what they were looking for.
The Result
Marie loved the website right away. She received a great amount of compliments within her community and promised us she would recommend her friends over to us. Safelink Transport now has a place to send their customers for answers and scheduling rides. Unnecessary phone calls with the customers became a thing of that past giving Marie and her staff more time to work on more important things about running as a successful non-emergency medical transport business.
